TLDR I am starting a project to help a little kid have the best Christmas he can possibly have. I'm going to release music and waive my commission/freelance fees until we reach $250 for gifts. I will be donating a minimum of $75 for gifts. Donation methods at the bottom.

What is Project: FUCK COVID? - My brother's girlfriend is going through a severe rough patch at the moment. She and her entire family lost their jobs because of COVID. I am sort of a freelance resume writer so I've been offering my services to her and her family for free because I know they need to pay their bills. They are barely making it by with their unemployment checks.

Why I want to help: Her son is around 10 - 11 years old. Christmas is coming around the corner and there's little money for presents. He's a good kid; my older brother plays Fortnite and Roblox with him on voice chat pretty much every single day. In a way, my brother became his older brother.

I grew up LOVING Christmas. While Christmas isn't about just the presents, he's a kid and I don't want that to be taken away from him. I want to raise money to give him a good Christmas like I had. The only way I can do that is through my art. I'm going to create music and ask folks to help make this kid's Christmas.

I want to surprise his mother with this. This is my Christmas gift to her. My goal is to raise at least $250. I am personally donating a minimum of $75 for him.

I am waiving 100% of my fees until our Christmas goal is met. That means I'm offering commission and freelance work in exchange for a donation.

Update: (if you hate feet or don’t like gross things, scroll along)

I promise I’m fine. I have an in grown toenail that’s cutting rather deep into my skin as it grows. I’m currently taking antibiotics for the infection and nursing my toe. This Thursday I’m going to have about a quarter of my toenail removed and “killed” so it doesn’t grow back in that spot. While it is infected and extremely painful, I’m doing well. 

Why did I go to the ER for a seemingly minor thing? The pain was so intense that it woke me up and hindered my ability to walk properly (I wasn’t able to put any pressure on it). I was hoping they’d get rid of the toenail because my nails naturally curl, but instead I was referred to a podiatrist.
